You need to have a computer to download pictures, to edit, and to send the photos to the headquarters; hi-speed Internet; a tripod of good quality; and a digital camera with a minimum of 7 megapixels.
WHAT TO DO
These are the steps to continue:
- Contact the Realtors and others interested in the city or region where you desire to work and invite them to see our company website and to offer them the service of the Virtual Tours.
- Make an appointment with those who sign up for Virtual Tours services and take all the photos that the client desires. The client should identify by name each photo.
- Once the photos have been reviewed and approved by the client, download and send them via Zip file to our company. Be sure to include the last five numbers of the MLS or other reference.
For normal still photos, simply select the place that provides the best view of the property. Take one or two photos of each view, include them inside the Zip file, and send them to our office. If the client wants a digital video of the property, send a video in a WMV format or file with a duration no longer than 45 seconds of each view.
If the client wants music or other audio added to the photos, send us the complete file in MP3 format Photos that come to the company that cannot be used for any reason will not be processed. Any poor quality or unusable photo will need to be retaken. To avoid loss of time on your part and ours, please ensure the photos are accurate before sending.
COMPENSATION
Square Feet Online has established a base price for our
services. You may charge a higher rate to the client for these
services based upon the competitive rates in your area. The
additional margin will be added profit for you.
Open a PayPal account in order to receive payments from your local client and to send base payments to our company. A surety bond will be paid for and provided on your behalf once you have completed 25 Virtual Tours.
